I have to do all the work

In June I had to go the hospital. I got all the relevant authorization information and all. I do understand that this could have been done in a doctors consulting room, but even to say that it had to be an hour in theater become 2 hours due to complications. this is still fine!!! From the beginning of this month I started receiving bills left right and center due to discovery not paying the doctor for they cancelled the authorization number, Discovery not once emailed me to tell me about what is happening or once phoned me to say I must follow up regarding PMA forms. I am not sure how services is suppose to work in discovery I pay them a lot of money each month but I have to phone the doctors to retrieve the forms, I basically have to the admin for them is this correct??? Can you please lower my monthly amount due to the work I have to do for you now. Ending my story Discovery still not paying my doctors due to the fact after I used a whole day to get the PMA forms for them, they sent out a few more to a doctor I was by once in my life. Can somebody please tell if I can report discovery to a governing body, because I think they want me back in hospital due to stress!!
