Extremely poor customer service

1. My father passed away 18/11/2012 in hospital. Several accounts still not paid. Reason on website says: member suspended. I enquired before, but was informed that I should query each account separately. Why can't Discovery look at hospital authorisation granted, and pay the accounts?
2. My mother was changed to the main member. Paid for a Dr's consultation herself and claimed it back. I phoned on 25/2/2013 to enquire about the payment. Was informed that the FULL amount will be paid into her bank account with 2-3 working days. Enquired on 1/3/2013 again. Spoke to Nicole (ref.no: 27452517627) who informed me that full amount will not be paid into member's account. Asked why - she said because of my father that passed away, there was an outstanding amount (savings account calculation). I asked her why my mother was NEVER informed - she couldn't answer me. Said she send a mail to the consultant that I spoke to on 25/2/13 and to management. I told her I expect an answer. Till today, NO ONE has contacted me.
Why do one have to lodge a hellopeter complaint to get an reaction???
