Frustrated and fed up. Cannot get anyone to assist

In December I contacted Discovery Health to have a beneficiary removed. I called again to follow up and was assured that all is in order. End of January Discovery did not debit my account. I contacted them immediatly to enquire why and the lady said she would look into it, the next day she called and said she was still busy. On Friday I received a sms informing me my membership has been suspended. After again calling I was asked to transfer the money and all will be resolved. I faxed through proof of payment. I then received a call asking for my banking details. I have been a member of Discovery for more than 10 years. I again informed the person that the ONLY thing that has changed is the beneficiary that I removed. NOTHING ELSE HAS CHANGED. Imagine my delight when Discovery ran a double debit on my account this past month. Calling the call centre I get informed that I must wait 7days before I can ask for a reversal of the incorrect amount. It is nearly R2000 that I did not budget for and I would appreciate it if Discovery could refund my money by end of business tomorrow failing that I will lodge a dispute with the bank and have the amount reversed and pay what I owe them via EFT
