Resolution Health Medical Scheme
Monthly premium on my medical aid

I am a member of Resolution Health Medical Scheme since 2007. My monthly premium are R2187.00
On the 2nd of January 2013 a debit order of R5424.00 were debited to my account. I phoned their Call Centre and they said that something when wrong with all the debit orders and that I must go to my Bank and reverse the said debit order and transfer the correct amount (I presumed the R2187.00 I used to pay) into their bank account... which I did. In the meantime the debit order amount increased with R525.00 which I did not know at that point as I did not receiced any notice from them about the increase or that my scheme changed from Prestige to Supreme. February they deducted an amount of R2712.00 and on the 1st of March R3237.00.
I phoned to queried this different amounts and I was informed that my premium went up to R2712.00.
I am highly upset because I wasn't imformed of any changes and eventhough I logged a complaint
on the 5th and 8th of March 2013 no one responded to my queries or e-mails. Nathan at the
call centre at a stage said he would send me the Resomed brosure and change to another option. He did not explain that I could only change 2014. I cannot afford the increase!
