Since the beginning of this year my employee, Salome, who was with Resolution Health, and I had problems with their billing system. All of a sudden her debit order was wrongfully deducted from MY bank account, unauthorised.
This was followed up, but on Resomeds system they had her bank account! This carried on for 3 month until she decided to cancel her cover with Resomed and go to another medical aid.
She gave written notice on the Apr 3rd 2013 in order for her membership to be cancelled as from the Apr 30th 2013, as indeed Resomed has it on their system. Unfortunately for the past 5 months after this, Resomed still debits MY bank account, which in the first place they were NEVER authorized to use, and every month I have to return the debit order, phone and state my case, try to complain and have it sorted out.

Alice Camm tries to help us, but I have the following issue:
1. What is Resolutions' FSP number, as I see it has lapsed, is there another name you are trading under?
2. No complaints procedure or department is available
3. Going through switchboard is a nightmare!
This is not in compliance with FAIS rules and regulation
