Resolution Health Medical Scheme
I am Disgusted with pathetic Service

My Account number with Resolution is 18461263 and Despite having given Resolution all my detail as a Pensioner last year in March when I joined as well as sending a Copy of a letter confirming the status of my Wife, s State Pension, early in January this year, Resolution caused me much embarrassment when they Debited my bank account with almost three times my Monthly Debit order.
On Saturday 02/02/2013 I put fuel in my vehicle at the filling station many Kilo, s from my house, and to my horror when I tried to pay by Debit Card it was rejected due to no funds, I could also not draw any Cash due to the same reason,
The lack of funds also caused both my Wife and I to have very little to eat that week end
I contacted Resolution on several occasions on Monday 04/02/2013 to sort it out, without any success and I had no other option but to reverse the debit order.
I tried to explain to the ignorant Lady several time that due to my age, sex and Race that my status as Pensioner will and can not change.
I have heard nothing further from Resolution and I do not even know if I still belong to the Scheme as some authorized account have not been paid and I am been give problems by the suppliers
