Billing my account almost double the premium

Dear Resolution Health

Please note that you have been reported to the Consumer Protection Act due to unfavourable response and ignore to my email when requesting to pay of the last premium as i was unemployed.

Herewith the following to the Consumer Protection Act.

Dear Sir / Madam

I have a complaint with regards to resolution health.

1. My monthly premium is R1750.00
2. All off a sudden in January they increased it to R2515.00 without any notification I assumed it was one of my other debit orders that went throu.
3. When querying the matter I advised resolution health I did not receive any formal notification that the Progressive Saver Plus would fall away and they put me on the Millennium and I was unemployed at the moment.
4. I told them I will gladly pay this months premium off on a monthly basis only if they supply proof that I have been notified of the increase premium.
5. The company that also helped providing the medical aid (Care Line) neglected to advise of the increase as well.
6. I am within my legal right to reverse the debit order that went through as I have only started a new job recently and I am out of pocket due to their negligence.
