UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER!

I want to know the do you charge a client R3500.00 for a medical scheme that was cancelled a year ago!!! who the gave you the authority do just deduct money from my account as you like and without contacting me or without me authorizing any debit orders to go of my account or what so ever! My medical aid was cancelled a year ago on earth can you deduct R3500.00 (twice the amount my monthly premium was in October 2012) form my bank account how on earth can you explain that!!! You better sort this out and reimburse me of my money immediately, no one gave you any authority to deduct money out of my account! Previous Membership Number: 18368549
