I stay quite a lot with Tsogo (Southern) Sun hotels. On the SAA Voyager website Tsogo Sun is indicated as a partner in the Voyager Miles program. I have sent an invoice to SAA Voyager requesting that the miles be added for my stay with the Garden Court only to be told that the stay wont quality despite me pointing out to the staff that on the Garden Court's invoice it clearly states that they are now part of Tsogo Sun and even at the bottom of the invoice the website address is given as [URL Removed]
So can someone tell me what the problem is and why I cant earn Voyager miles for staying at the Garden Court and any other hotel in the Tsogo Sun group? Your Voyager website does not state it must be this or that hotel in the Tsogo Sun group. My Voyager number is 32714005
