Rip Me Off

After Calling Discovery call Centre on the 17-01-2013. The call Centre advised Me that I could go and see a Out of GP KeyCare. As I qualify for one visit a year and One visit to any Pharmacy. He then advised I do a check with the Doctor, and ask for prescription which I will get at Pharmacy. I did as was advised and at the Pharmacy there systrm problem and We confirmed with the call centre who said I could Buy the medication but to keep invoice forcredit. When I phoned for refund. They wont refund Me. I am so tired of been ripped Off by Discovery. When I telthem to listen to recording they tel Me they cannot find it. Dont trust discovery rip off. I tried for almost a month and they not interested in Refunding Me. I am sick and tired of Discovery Rip Off. I amd Duscussed that I am with Discovery Rip Off.
