Just how many more phone calls do I have to make?

I am a Discovery member (via my husband's work - trust me, it's NOT by choice). Earlier this year I submitted a claim from Pick n Pay pharmacy Claremont, for medication purchased on 14 March 2013. One item on the claim was rejected because the code was unclear. I have since then re-submitted a new account myself, had the pharmacy send in multiple copies of the new account, confirmed with a Discovery consultant that she has been given the correct code over the phone, etc, etc, but still they have not re-processed the claim. I phone every week, and every week I get a different consultant who promises to follow up and get back to me, and then disappears, never to be heard from again. Just for example - most recently Minnie on 5 and 7 June, an anonymous male consulant on 11 June, Rishma on 18 June. Rishma did at least phone back once and said "I promise this is your last call to Discovery on this claim." Famous last words. Here I sit two days later, and no further feedback. When are you going to process this claim Discovery? Or are you hoping I will get so sick and tired of phoning you back that I will eventually give up?
