I am very unhappy as my name and medical aid details have been used to pay for medicine at Bruma Pharmacy. The complete claim was not paid, as my savings was just about finished. Called Discovery HEalth this morning. Oh no sorry, please call the pharmacy to reverse it. HALLO! If my bank card is cloned, I don't go to the various retailers to ask for refund. Why must I go through the trouble. If I say, its not my claim, why can Discovery not reverse it and find out whats going on. WHY IS IT MY PROBLEM!
