Discovery debited extra monies from my account without any prior notice. Further upon contacting them, they advised that they requested proof of income from my wife to place her on the correct pricing bracket as per there income verification process which we received no formal notification thereof, no sms, email, phone call or letter. I believe they have failed to communicate effectively. My first recourse was to contact my broker and enquire with him telephonically and then by email. He advised that there were a number of customers who have experienced a similar scenario. I decided to approach the company directly to further investigate why this happened.

I was very disappointed with their process. Discovery automatically placed her on the highest income bracket. It really affected my budget.
They normally debit:
2013-02-01 DISC 0.00 -1, 098.00

To my surprise the debited almost double debited my account as per below:
Description One: DISC PREM M3425216 -92413037
Transaction Amount: 2, 042.00
Effective Date: 2013-03-01

After numerous calls and emails from my side they sent me the forms to complete to date has still not been resolved. Leah advised that another 5 days wait.
