The worst service I ever had

I will never ever make use of a life hospital again as the service is to the poorest standard. Been waiting the whole day for the doctor to come see me 17 week old baby. Have asked the nursing staff what is happening but I keep getting a answer like she is on her way!! If she isn't available then get someone else.
