N17 nursing staff tops!!

I would like to congratulate the nursing staff of the N17 hospital. In March 2013 my wife was in the Netcare Pretoria East Hospital. The care she received from the nursing staff was horrendous. They called her demeaning names and abused her. The result was that she had bad nightmares and up to now still have some nightmares. I did make a complaint to the management. The result was that her doctor, Dr J. Smit, phoned me and gave me an ear full. She said that in the future we must not come to the Pretoria East hospital again and rather go to either Parklands or N17 hospitals.
For this "advice" I want to thank her. My wife is presently in the N17 hospital and the nursing staff is absolutely wonderful. No request is to much, their reaction to a call is very quick and they are always friendly. What a change!!! Thank you nursing staff of the N17. Pretoria East hospital can come and learn from you what it means to nurse with care.
