Their systems and sections do not talk to one another. They do not acknowledge if they gave u wrong information even where just pure courtesy is all it takes. Always sending u around for some other thing that has to be done. More worried about protecting themselves even though they big now. Like this morning the oke says I did not send a permission form and I have the email to show it. Useless
