Fed up with Discovery - Moving my entire policy

I'd like to mention how tired I am of calling discovery and trying to add my wife and son to my medical aid since January 31st. I've wasted my own time and money. I'm also fed up with sending them the same information over and over again. They keep telling me that my application form is incomplete and I keep sending the complete application form to them. It's the same cycle over and over while my family continues to not have medical cover. I've mad up my mind and I am currently looking at other insurance companies. I'll be moving both my wife's and my entire portfolio to another company. I'm very disappointed with Discovery!
