Useless company

I had a hospital plan with discovery for maybe 2 years, cancelled it really this year. Called in months ago to get back on plan, had to fill out paperwork again then was told its the wrong application and I must fill in a new one then this and that were issues so I gave up. A few months go by now I am applying for medical aid with no paperwork to be completed then I am told to send my I'd which I have now done 3 times with now response. Yesterday via email to send I'd again. I give up with such a useless pathetic company. Cancel my app!! Going with momentum!!
