Hi, I did not realise that there was a daddy's deal special on Friday, 08/03/2013. I did not receive the email listing that I usually get. Now when I look at the site, I see the deal is closed. I phoned reservations and they still have bookings available for the time I require. I already booked a room for the time and would like to cancel this booking and take advantage of the daddy's deal special for the same time. I am trying in vain to get someone at reservations to answer the phone.
