FALSE ADVERTISING

Sun International has recently been advertising about a R750 offer at Sun City, where you need to sms 'sun' to 43738, once you do this you receive an sms saying they will contact u as soon as possible. i have smsed 4 times and have been trying the number provided constantly and left numerous messages on the voicemail provided as they 'claim' to be experiencing high call volumes' but no one ever gets through and no one gets back to you. i have tried contacting the central reservation number for Sun International but they referred me to to Sun City reservations. i then tried Sun City reservations and was told that the special is valid and it is at the Cabana's but they cannot make any reservations on their side either i would have to keep trying the 011 780 7823 number as this is the only way to make a booking. i have received no response as per the sms's and find it extremely ludicrous that the Sun City reservations desk cannot make a booking regardless of a special or not. who are you trying to fool with this advertising gimmick as clearly it is FALSE. i am extremely aggravated to have gone through all this and still no response or no one that can assist.
