False advertising

I cannot believe that daddy's deals found themselves doing business with the Kruger Adventure Lodge in Mpumalanga of such poor standard. I saw this deal, visited the website and the lodge was made to look amazing - I arrived to a dump. What is daddy's deals doing tarnishing their brand? I, for one will never buy things from their website. Discount or good deal doesn't mean poor standard for heaven sake. You lure people to your deals and we find these massive disappointments at destinations. You should relook at how you choose your business partners. The place was so bad it was a joke, I didn't even bother to check in. I left immediately and phoned daddy's deals to cancel this nonsense and the lady I found named Michelle promised to call me as soon as she speaks to her manager and this was on Tuesday. It's Friday now and I haven't heard a word from daddy's deals. I want a refund for that deal, She told me to mail of which I did and it turns that was also a waste of my time. I want my refund as soon as possible. This was supposed to be a nice time out for me but turned into a disaster that I needed to solve. Refund me my money please.
