Wildfire Tattoos
Disorganised and rude

Miscellaneous

Booked an appointment, supplied a phone number and design for my tattoo two days before the day. Arrived ten minutes early to be told the artist hadn't been booked, so would have to make another appointment. They didn't telephone because they didn't have my number. It was clear I was simply expected to accept this without further explanation, because when I asked for one they were a bit surprised.

Then I was asked for my design. I explained that I had left it with them. The receptionist said they didn't have it and made no attempt to find it. I suggested she asked the guy who'd made my booking, but she said he wasn't there. It seems telephone technology is beyond them.

Receptionist was baffled that I was getting a little baffled myself at her lack of professionalism. She remarked that she was sensing hostility.

Now, passive aggression really irks me. It's dishonest, cowardly and insulting. And aggressive.

Another woman then held up my design and asked if that was it. Yes, I said, and turned to the receptionist to say, See? All you had to do was look for it.

I was then asked why don't I get my tattoo somewhere else? So I did

Saying sorry without being sorry is not an apology
