Non-payment of accounts

I changed Medcal Funds in 2012 and since then I have been struggling with Bonitas to pay certain accounts. When I query the situation, they just tell me that they will re-submit the account to the Claims Dept. Up to date a certain account with CANSA has been outstanding for 6 months. Once I requested pre-authorisation for my yearly cancer examinations - the authorisation was denied for reasons I did not understand. When I phoned the specific department, I was told that I do not need pre-authorisation, but now the account is rejected. I really am very disappointed in the way my phone calls was handled and that I never get satifactory answers.
