Rudeness and bad attitude

I was fortunate enough to receive a gift voucher from a friend for 2 treatments at Perfect 10 La Lucia Mall branch. I decided to make use of the voucher on Women's Day to treat myself. The receptionist was the most surly, rude and abrasive indivudual I have had the misfortune to interact with in a long time. She didn't greet me or respond to my greeting when I arrived, instead gave me a challenging look as if to say what do you want. After I gave my name and time of appointment she told me to 'sit down there"... the time of appointment came and went, while she was sitting playing with her mobile phone. The therapist did come out after a while and apologise for the wait, as the room was still busy. The surly receptionist got up and down a few times, banging drawers and generally seeming unhappy with life. The therapist was great, but then I had to deal with the grumpy one to pay. She did not make eye contact, just thrust my card and receipt back at me after payment was made, and then marched off to attend to personal matters on her mobile! No goodbye, no happy womens day just a nasty atomosphere that she spread around her. Because of her unpleasantness I will not go back.
