Bad service from receptionists & cashiers

Went to Fourways Intercare this morning for my 7am appointment. I've been there numerous times and got used to the zero-smile greetings from the various receptionists, specially the one wearing some sort of wig. My experience with the doctors have generally been very satisfactory but the receptionists and cashiers mask it with their bad attitude, which spits in your face that they don't believe they work to serve customers. No, customers must wait for them to finish chatting & doing their personal stuff.
I really got upset this morning because a cashier was too busy counting her coins that she couldn't be bothered to put a pause to it and attend to me. When I saw that she was trying to evade me, I asked if someone else could assist me because it was a service counter, and as a customer, I should come first. Response: "It's too early in the morning and I'm pregnant! I can't be bothered with your comments..."
This is not the first time and I'm not taking any more of it from these women. I'm sharing my experience with all my expat & local friends so they can stay away from Intercare unless they respond adequately. They also have phone problems too often.
