Reception never answe

The reception at fourways intercare is an absolute joke, calls are not answered, and the phone system seems to be down more often than not.

When I recently tried to cancel an appointment to no surprise of mine, I could not get through to reception which has now resulted in me being charged for an appointment!!!

Instead of penalizing your patients I would strongly suggest an internal review be done on your staff at fourways!
