This is what happened. In 2011 my daughter went to intercare for her dentist appointment. Before she went in we discussed with the staff there that my wife and daughter are on a seperate medical aid now and they updated her file and made copies of the new medical aid card from Discovery. A year later I get a sms from them stating I owe them R2500 and they tried to claim everything from my medical aid. After a couple of emails betwean me and Thea Nel she agreed to speak to Intercare for a discounted rate and never got back to me, because it was their fault. Today I get a sms stating I owe their attourney R3600 for this outstanding bill. PLEASE NEVER USE INTERCARE!!! They are incompetent and. I will post this on Beeld, Facebook, Mybroadband and any web site in SA where people can see this. This is unfortunately my only weapon against fools like this.
