How else do I prove that I've paid?

I made provision in October to pay off my Lancet account, now known as Lancet 1. I have paid the due amount every month and have not missed a single payment. In January I got a call to say I hadn't paid my account, we then figuered that I infact had 2 accounts. I made provision to pay off the 2nd one as well. Again, I have paid as per my promise. I have been getting disgustingly rude SMS's from ITC and letters from RL Daly Inc, threatening me to make a payment. I have emailed proof of all payments to Wesley and Tramaine at ITC-BA, I've faxed proof of payment to Fazlin at ITC-BA and spoken to Lerato at Lancet DBN. Yesturday, I get another sms from ITC-BA saying the following: Immediate payment is required to stop legal action which may result in a court ordered salary deduction. Contact ITC-BA on... I don't know how else to prove that I have paid and not failed on my promise and I'm so hurt that you can treat your customers like this. No one has replied, got back to me or even bothered to care. I don't know where to go from here!!!
