On 6 Aug 2013 Dr Margaret at Intercare Fourways referred me to the Pathology department and promised to phone me back with the results.
On 14 Aug 2013 I received the bill from Pathology, but not yet a call from Dr Margaret.
From 14 to 23 Aug 2013 I tried in vain to get a hold of Dr Margaret.
Upon phoning Intercare Reception, I was transferred from one receptionist to the next until I specified that I would like to hold until I get through to the Medical desk. After holding for 20 minutes, I was finally transferred and left a message at the Medical desk for Dr Margaret to please phone me back.
After another week, it was clear that no one was going to return my call (s).
I find it absolutely unacceptable to be charged for a service that was promised, but not delivered, especially by an esteemed and expensive medical centre like Intercare Fourways.
