Discovery key-care plus (full of loop holes)

I'm very sure they are within there rules and loop holes. But i am currently unemployed and contacted them as to my increase, which i accepted and make payments always on time.

Now i get a bill from the doctor for a consultation "medical aids response 'Limit out of network' meaning you get 1 consultation a year who is not your doctor, i had been in cape town got sick during the month period it takes to change to new GP, than i moved back home and changed back to my normal GP and got severe tension headaches so went to the doctor but fell short of the 1 month transfer period again, so now technically i have had 2 GP appointments who weren't my registered GP, now where must i find R250 to pay the GP as well as medical aid, i could be wrong but i think if it was my original GP there should be some exception. Deeply disappointed in a company i held high and recommended to others. But i guess il end up paying it and sitting quietly like everyone else who gets caught by these loop holes to save discovery money and make the doctors some cash
