Misinformation and Lack of Response

I am in my sixth month of pregnancy and am still trying to find a Gynae on your network. Your website lists specialists but when I call them to book appointments, they tell me that they have gone private. For my first four scans, I paid cash, plus I was paying my monthly medical aid contribution. Firstly, why do you feed us incorrect information? Secondly, the doctors that I have been to, complain about medical aid rates not being sufficient to cover the consultation. Thirdly, when I call the call centre, they feed me the same story about medical aid rates and doctor's rates. I honestly don't care about the politics between Discovery and the doctors. I just want the service that I pay monthly for, without having to fork out extra payments each and every time. When I phone the call centre, all they can say is that they are sorry. Well an apology is not good enough. I need medical aid, not fancy frills and gym memberships right now,

Discovery - please get your act together and sort yourselves out, and find me a doctor to deliver my baby at the cost that I am already paying for. Your fancy advertising and complicated excuses just do not cut it right now.
