Sondela Nature Reserve
No response to booking enquiry or complaint

Received Sondela's emailed newletter advising April specials. Phoned to enquire but told 'we are very busy, will phone you back'
2 days passed with no phone call so sent email complaining.
Another week passed with no response to that so sent another email REALLY complaining and that best we do not be sent any more newsletters as we do not intend going there again.
2 weeks passed and still no response!

They are definitely off our holiday destination list
