Still unhappy with Resolution Health

I have set up a complaint on Hellopeter a while ago about Resolution Health trying to deduct the highest bracket two years in a row after I did sent the necessary documents as they requested. I quickly received feedback on my complaint. They asked me to send them the last three months statement... After I have done what they requested. I arranged with two Persons that they will deduct a double payment on the end of February as I really do not have the time to go to the bank. According to them it was arranged. Yesterday I received a sms in which my Medical Aid is suspended. Ok so my Medical Aid is suspended due to poor service. Great stuff...

I would never advise anyone ever to join them
