UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AND BEHAIVOUR

On 14/12/2013. I went to Edgars where I had a very unpleasant experience. I chose a few Items I liked and wanted to fit them on before I purchased them. I approached the lady working at the fitting rooms, who's name is Jermenia Morajane and asked her if I could fit the clothes on? What happened next is unacceptable to me and embarrassed me in such a way I don't ever want to go to Edgars in Heidelberg again. The lady advised me to go into room 2 as I approached room 2 I saw it was occupied. I then told the lady room 2 is occupied and I am going to use room 3.She then out of the blue started screaming at me that myself and my mother have attitudes and that we MUST enter room 2.I then advised her again the room was occupied and entered room 3.she the screamed we must enter room 1 (this room's light were not working). I entered room 3 and fitted on my clothes and heard her mumbling rudely to herself about me. After walking out of the fitting room my mom put the clothes down on the counter I walked after my mom she then threw me with the clothes my mom put on the counter and demanded that I go and hang them up shouting so all the people in the store were staring at me. this is unacceptable!!!
