Disappointing Experience at Mondior!!!

My family and I recently visited the Peermont Mondior hotel and we were utterly disappointed with the condition of the rooms which were provided to us. The television was problematic as it took up to 5 minutes to switch on (room 332), the kettle was leaking and was faulty when trying to turn it on (safety hazard and it was shocking from the plug point and we were unable to have refreshments) (room 332), the pillow cases on the bed had stains on them (room 332), the fridge was faulty as it did not keep our eats cool (room 332), there was no toothpaste in the room (room 332), the inter-leading door handle was broken (room 350) which posed a security risk. I made a conscious decision not to complain as my family and I intended to enjoy a night out at your hotel and enjoy the whole Emperor's Palace experience but as the night progressed, the number of faults became highly frustrating. Our expectation of a 4 star hotel was clearly not met and we were very disappointed with our short stay overall. It will definitely be our last stay at Peermont hotels and I will definitely advise my friends and colleagues about our bad experience at Peermont Mondior. Truly disappointing.
