New Application taking for eve

My wife has been trying to get my mother and her mother onto medical aid since October.
It has been taking for ever and no one is getting back to us.

We understand that there may be late joiner penalties but we cannot get these applications completed its becoming ridiculous.

Please can someone assist us in getting these applications completed we desperately need helping in getting them on.
