I had to re-submitted 2 student loans 18 January 2013 after no one contacted me about incorrect documents, that was submitted for the first application during December.
The first student loan was only approved 14 Feb and I am still waiting for information about the second applications staus.
There is no contact from the relevant people working with the applications to inform about problems or the status of the applications.
Every time I contact them, there is a new excuse and some one else they pass the buck to.
It is unbelievable that a process that is completed within day is taking almost 4 weeks at this ABSA branch.
