Keycare Plus not paying dentist bill

In November 2012 I was on the Keycare Plus plan and went to see a dentist in the dentistry network. I had three fillings done, and then received a bill from my dentist in January 2013 saying that Discovery is not paying for the fillings and that the bill is now for my account. On the keycare plus brochure it says a person is allowed 3 fillings in a 1 year period. I contacted Discovery on the 07/02/2013 ref# 2723010661 and queried why payment is not being made and Lushin told me that they were looking into it and to phone back in a weeks time. I called back and got through to Zimasa ref# 2733623008 who could not assist me but said she would call me back the following day. This did not happen. I then called again and got through to Amanda Ref# 2740055083 who also could not help and was also suppose to call back. This did not happen. I called back the 4th time on the 21/02/13 and got throught a Janine Govendor- she tried to help but think I was given the wrong information as she says the dentist needed to get authorisation for the fillings to be done and that the dentist didnt follow protocol. Can someone competent sort this matter out to pay the dentist. Terrible service!!
