Last month I lodged a claim with Discovery Insure. I immediately received notification of where to take my car for assessment and the name of the Discovery employee who would be handling my claim. My claim was processed and the Discovery employee handling my claim told me my car would be in for repairs in January. The panel beaters called me last week to tell me that they can only have my car in by February as my claim was only sent through in January. I phone, and the person handling claim is unavailable. So I e-mail her her. She still has not responded to my e-mail. I find an accredited panel beater who will fix my car now, i give her the information via e-mail, she still has not responded. I phoned her and she was not available so she phoned me yesterday early afternoon stating she will send me the disclaimer forms i need to sign and send back to her so that my car may be repaired. It is almost 24 hours later and she still has not emailed me. So I send another email. I still have no response. I phone and she is not in the office. I ask for the line manager and I am told he is not available and the forms will be sent through to me immediately. I am still waiting.
