Can't reverse claim back to savings account

I am trying to get this problem solved for 2months now, last week I was told they did not receive my fax, this week they can't see the claim that was paid and then when they found the claim they told me they can't reverse the claim, I had a Injured on duty so what happened is this was claimed on my normal file from Discovery and Discovery paid the claim, I then had to pay the money cash from on the injured on duty file, so medicross had send me a letter and to Discovery that this claim need to be reversed and paid back to my savings, but now Discovery is saying they can't do it Medicross must give me back the money.. I don';t know no do you actually see the claim can you reverse or take back the money you paid what now I was holding on the phone for about 20min if not more and I still don't know what's going on you have to reverse the claim Medicross can't give the money back
