Poorly handled

I purchased a voucher on Groupon for Cafe Sophia in Cavendish to be used tonight as it is my anniversary. i have been trying for days to get a reaservation. Their phone's are not being answered, you can't leave a voice message is their mail box is full, they request that you sms them - which I have done twice now already since yesterday... still no response. I have even emailed them, left a message on their website, phoned their other branches - they too are not answering.

Groupon seems to be just as clueless about what is going on. I called them and they say I do not have an account. They now want me to create anotehr accoutnt.
