Appalling service from Discovery Health

I have had a Hospital plan with Discovery for the last 4 years. I have never claimed and have always paid. I cancelled my policy with Discovery in Feb/March 2012 and they have been deducting the money (R980) off my account every month since then. I have called the call centre on numerous occations and sent emails with bank statements asking them to explain what is going on. No one ever gets back to me so I decided to go to the head office yesterday to resolve this problem once and for all!!! I was treated like by Karishma Moodley, The lady that supposedly helped me disappeared for 20 min at a time and dragged her feet to help me... Apparently she spoke to her manager and I paid them in March and "I reversed the debit order a MONTH later" That doesn't even make sense. I felt like as usual they waisted my precious time and I never got anywhere. How can a company keep on debiting your account even though you have cancelled your medical aid. They clearly use all the money on there fancy building and not on customer service.
