PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR WORK!!!

Hi, I am really upset now, a legal company keep on phoning me saying Lancet send me statements and tried to phone me, I owe them money from 2011, I tried to explain to this woman I paid this money when I received the statement, she didn't believe me, she insisted I send her the receipt, I explained to her, I don't carry all my receipts and so on with me where ever I go!!! (Don't know about other people). I then phoned Lancet and found out this was the previous time I went to Lancet, I received the statements and make three weekly payments, the skipped the middle payment, so i had to go and reprint that payment and fax it to them, maybe, they should train their staff, and things like this won't happen!!!
