Lancet changing statements

I am so unhappy with the service from Lancet, I gave birth to my baby girl in February 2013. my baby was then addmitted in hospital, during that period there was blood taken to lancet for tests. After Lancet has sent a claim to my medical aid the claim was paid but unfortunately from the wrong benefits because Lancet wrote me as a patient and I was out of hospital by that time. I called lancet several times for them to amend the claim with the baby's name as the patient. the response I got from lancet was that they know nothing about this claim, and the medical aid could not reverse the money to my day to day benefit unless lancet send an amended claim. This was about April-May 2013. my last resort was to call the line and they helped me to reverse the money. After some time lancet came back to me that i owe them, I asked them how because they said they know nothing about the claim. If they record their calls they can verify the calls I made to them between April and May. Now lancet wants to send me to ITC in regardless of the effort am doing to get my medical aid to pay even though its lancet's fault not to amend the claim when i asked them to. I am very much dissaponted.
