Sooo dissappointed

I had the same rxperience! I booked and paid for a vip package for today. We went to the premises and a lady - too busy with her cellphone told us to wait. We waited for about an hour and then the same lady actually came and told us there is no one there! No therapists or manager! She could not give us sny information, book alternative date, nothing! There was another couple and she just took our phone numbers! This is sooo bad and i am not prepaired to loose my money! Please assist me!
