Disgusted in the service and attitude of staff

Had a claim with Bankmed last year June and to date have not been paid. I have a letter confirming the payment which I received in December last year and still have not been paid. No One can give me any answers and no one is willing to assist. First they give me the wrong information as their staffs are incompetent and then they are not sticking to their word and paying me what they owe me. This is!!! If I had to not pay my premiums my medical would be cancelled, what do us as the clients do? I am so disgusted in the staff, the service and most of all the management. I expect that this money be paid to me within this month.
