I have had a pre-approval in January 2013 for my son's braces to be fitted and for the necessary treatments thereafter. It is March and I am being pushed around from all Bankmed's incompetent staff as not one person can assist in giving me proper feedback as to why my account has not been paid. This is so frustrating as i have all the quotes with me and i am getting no joy in finalising this matter. I pay a huge amount every month for medical aid and it's pathetic that this is the service I am receiving. Please can a competent person call me with proper answers?
