Why cant the call centre assist me?

Further to my initial complaint, I now receive emails from Bankmed confirming a claim of R862 was paid into my bank account - what is this in respect of when I did not submit a claim for same, the call centre confirms there is no such claim on their side on 24/07/2013. I also received an email from Bankmed confirming that one of my visits to my GP was rejected due to "referral practice not valid" - numerous other payments to the very same practice was approved and paid in the past - what transpired now? Is this maybe due to the fact that I have resigned from FNB Bankmed? Please sort this out. Why does the call centre always advise me eitther they never receive an email from me (when I have proof that I have sent it) or they do have information on their system to assist me yet I received the same email from Bankmed.
