Service is pathetic... staff is incompetent... over a month has gone still no payment... last week they paid the phsyio instead of me and this week they have no idea what happen to my claim...
I have been on the phone for 45 mins... they are asking me for documents I have sent in over 2weekS ago... bankmed don't know the they are doing, the staff IS HIGHLY incompetent... the service from bankmed is putrid. I am lost for fukn words...
I have been requesting for a supervisor from bankmed to call me back but to date I have not received a call back...
Medical aid is causing me more grief instead of trying to assist me.
The service that I am getting from bankmed is the worst I have ever received in my life, even a vendor on the street is more competent then the people working at bankmed. I work for Standard bank and we don't give of service like this, and yet Bankmed wants to represent us... Get some training on work ethics and values and proper customer service... Learn a bit from Standard bank NO1 Bank and NO1 customer service. Fckn ridiculous
