I submitted a claim for a reimbursement on the 4th of January. I was later told that I should sent it to Carecross. My response was, it had to come from my Maternity benefits because I went to see a Gynae. I was told that the doctor's practise number shows that it's a GP. I went back to the doctors and asked for a correct statement that shows that the doctor is a Gynae. I submitted that statement on the 29th of Jan. I never received any response. I called two times after that and on the 3rd time I told them where to look for the correct Practise number as told by the doctors. I still have not received any response except for the Claims History which does not tell me much. I am very disappointed because it's been over five weeks since my first claim and mostly I have to make the call to findout what's going on.
